Meet Tina Schumaker

After years of struggling with treatment-resistant depression and PTSD, Tina was introduced to ketamine therapy by a physician friend. At the time, she and her husband, Howard, had to travel to Madison for treatment.

The results transformed her life, helping her move from isolation and exhaustion to living fully and meaningfully again.

Tina co-founded Relevate to bring this care closer to home. She knew the Coulee Region needed better options for those battling mental health challenges, substance use, and more.

Her story is the reason Relevate exists, to offer hope and healing to the community.

Everyone I worked with was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and caring. They had great processes in place and explained everything very well. I was really nervous for my first treatment and they were very reassuring.

My husband and I have been able to tell a big difference in my mood and energy levels. I also suffer from chronic migraines and so far I can see an improvement with that was well! So glad I tried this!

I am speechless. Came into this journey feeling like it would just be another disappointment or failed attempt to fix my depression and PTSD. It wasn’t a decision I made lightly due to the cost, but figured it would be worth it IF it worked.
